| Not only did they get rid of "Don't Ask Don't Tell", now they are staging gay kisses to promote the Marines. You know they also got rid of the rules against bestiality in the military, wonder what the next photo will show? | |

| I don't know. That's a photo taken from a homecoming of troops. Seems fairly obvious that their position in front of the flag is no accident. | |

| Is the SGU thread very active anymore? Maybe nobody has seen it, or at least nobody who'd go cry about. | |

| ?? if you don't like to look at something why repost pictures of it. I think its absolutely horrible to force people to hide them selves. LIBERTY FOR ALL! im also okay with a guy holding a sign right next to this saying he hates fags/n_iggers/crackers/spics/whatever. Why force anyone to not be them selves, unless what they are doing forces something upon someone else.. LIBERTY. Geeze. | |

| If two guys want to kiss good for them. Some of history's best and toughest soldiers had gays in the military. What I have a problem with is when liberals force it on a military as a social experiment when we depend on them for our freedoms. Gays should have the right to serve like anyone else but not in a way it effects our moral. This should be a very slow process over time. The only thing a picture like this does is divide us even more here. And fuel our enemies for propaganda that we are weak. | |

lol. i am greatly relieved that people are allowed to be people instead of hiding in the closet in our military, it makes me view them as less ehh hateful and small minded. a slow process overtime? how do you go from Don't Ask Don't tell to its okay to be gay slowly?? do you make rules where they can hold each others hands but cant kiss? cmon man, its fracking silly. i watch videos from military people all the time and i never hear them complaining about gays in the military.... not even the anonymous ones.

| Having served in the military and being retired there was nothing wrong with the old system. You knew who was gay and who was not. The only ones that ever got kicked out were the militant look at me gays. The hard working I just want to do my job ones which I talked to often were embarrassed by those. I am sure their are many in the military that are gay that are embarrassed by this kind of behavior.
However once the newness has run it's course things will change to normal.

| There was something wrong with the old system, human beings had to hide there love for each other like it was a fracking crime. like you said as soon as people learn to accept that people are different and there is no reason we can't all get a long , they will. i dont care if you dont like homosexuals, im not the largest fan of some of there behavior either... but they have a right to be open about who they are. I don't really like organizations such as the KKK either, but I like the idea of having them FAR more then I like the idea of government discrimination, or oppression of our freedoms. and why we are on this subject.. I posted on youtube yesterday or the day before about Barry Obama's lie filled speech on current affairs.. my comment was something like "There are 80 million out of work, a record high. I can't wait till they hang this asshole.". it received the largest Likes but was quickly removed from youtube for "Hate speech". So tired of these double standards. Can't even discuss proper punishment for treason if it involves a black man. Shame america.. shame. | |

Dude no they didn't all they had to do is not advertise it. You had to be really stupid to get kicked out before. I knew plenty of gay people that finished their enlistment and retired. You had to be a complete moron to be kicked. Ya could not go around advertising it however you could be gay and live a normal gay life.

As long as they didn't kiss on base or on the ship they were fine. Hell they used have gay parties. Nothing was ever done. Only time I ever seen one of them ever kicked out is when they said they were gay. 90 percent of the time they wanted out. Hell I was friends with 2 lesbians going to lesbian bars with them all the time. Tell you what never got so much ass in my life as when I did that. Do not believe everything you read in the media. Even when I came back off of deployment I didn't act like that guy. Nor did any of the other wives or husbands. You hugged you kissed got the hell out there. But you never jumped and wrapped your legs around your spouse or your spouse around you. Really to be honest YawnGG nothing has really changed except stupid behavior like that guy did.

| The guy probably did it cause he can OPENLY BE GAY after how many years of repression? You would have NEVER seen that photo if it that absurd rule never existed in the first place. Not being able to show any affection towards a person you love is horrible. | |

Actually, they've been free to show affection in private, and that's good enough. Few Americans want that sort of thing shoved in their faces in public. It disgusts me and I have no respect for homosexuals who do that in public.

Nothing more gross then two fat people in Walmart hanging all over each other kissing and grabbing each others ass.
