| What exactly did Obama do? Did he personally shoot Bin Laden? No. Did he track him down? No, the military did. Did he send the military after Bin Laden? No, Bush did.
All Obama did was happen to be president when Bin Laden was found and killed. He had nothing to do with the search, the find, or the kill. That was all carried out after Bush gave the military the assignment. If any politician should get credit it's Bush not Obama.
If I hear one more Libtard give credit for that to Obama I'll puke.

| You have no clue how bad the left has been pushing this. Not only that they are claiming victory in Libya and Egypt. They are saying no American lives lost and that Bush killed 3000 Americans for nothing. Getting weird out there. | |

| It's ALL they got, everything else has gone to crap. And Egypt is a victory?! I can''t see how unless you are so anti Israel you are peeing your pants in anticipation for more terrorist to kill more Israelis. Egypt was just protesting us the other day, so maybe they should just stick with Libya until the nuts over there start with their threats. | |

Remember Obama hates Israel so this is no big surprise they call it a victory.

| Let me say to all here you know I hate this illegitimate president for his country destroying policies. On this subject I just cant criticize only because if it would have been Reagan in office conservatives would be proudly yelling for all to hear that Reagan gave the orders for the killing of Bin Laden. So if they want to taught this one and only correct decision he made so be it. | |

Reagan would have issued the hunt order years in advance and Reagan would have made a sting operation and brought Bin Laden to justice. How do I know this Reagan did it to one other terrorist. - Quote :
- President Reagan authorized one of the most daring ventures of his presidency--to go after the four Palestinians who hijacked the Achille Lauro and killed an elderly American passenger--in a small, plain conference room just off the factory floor at the Kitchens of Sara Lee in suburban Chicago.
Moments after completing a fighting speech on tax reform before some 3,000 bakery workers and others Thursday in Deerfield, the President went to the nearby conference room, where, escaping the crowd of workers and the smell of pastry, he first heard the rough outlines of the plan from National Security Adviser Robert McFarlane and Chief of Staff Donald Regan.
It was about midday when the President gave his preliminary nod and left for lunch. At 1:15 p.m., four Navy F-14 Tomcat jets streaked off the aircraft carrier Saratoga and into the night sky over the southeastern Mediterranean Sea.
Barely six hours later, the drama was over. The chartered Egyptian 737 jetliner that the four terrorists believed would carry them to Tunisia and possible freedom instead was successfully intercepted by the Navy jets and forced to land at a NATO airfield in Sicily, where they were taken into Italian custody.
``They (F-14s) were there, waited for them and picked them out of all the other planes,`` said Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger. He called it
``quite a remarkable feat.``
There remain a number of unanswered questions about the action--such as how the U.S. knew the Palestinians were aboard a specific aircraft--but those have been overshadowed by the fact that it was an undeniable victory for the President in his long-pronounced war against terrorists.
An obviously pleased Reagan said boastfully Friday that the action was a ``message to terrorists everywhere. . . . You can run but you can`t hide.``
The airborne interception was a proud moment for the military compared to the ill-fated attempt six years ago to rescue the Iranian hostages that was to be a final blow to the Carter presidency.
This time, with a deftly executed operation of his own, Reagan was able to demonstrate to the world that the U.S. was able to effectively use its military forces to bring to justice four terrorists that U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Nicholas Veliotes undiplomatically called ``those sons of bitches.``
The apprehending of the four Palestinians was a dramatic and unexpected conclusion to the hijacking Monday of the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro and a 2-day-long voyage of terror for more than 500 passengers and crew.
The four surrendered to Egyptian authorities Wednesday after being offered safe passage out of the country in return for surrendering the ship. The Egyptians reportedly had agreed to fly the Palestinians to Tunis, where the Palestine Liberation Organization has its headquarters.
The terrorists had killed an elderly American tourist, Leon Klinghoffer of New York City, and had tried unsuccessfully to use the other American hostages on board the ship to win freedom for 50 Palestinians imprisoned in Israel.

| Notice how Reagan didn't give out much details and Obama has given up all the information. | |

| Yeah he gets the credit for Bin Laden. But victory in Egypt? Mubarek may have been a dictator but he didn't threaten us or Israel. Just look at what is trying to take over Egypt now.
