| So I just wonder when Obama is going to tell the governor to resign? What a mess that is. The governor should just fire all the teachers that call in sick. | |

| The public employee unions in most, if not all states need to be broken, and broken hard. They are bankrupting their states. | |

| It's just so hard to have sympathy for the teachers in Wisconsin.
the MacIver Institute claim.
The conservative think tank said the average annual compensation for a Milwaukee Public Schools teacher would exceed $100,000 in 2011. As of July 1, 2011, according to the school district, that figure will be $101,091.
I mean how much public support do you think the citizens are going to have for people who work for nine months, are paid with your taxes, and are paid twice as much as yourself. | |

| I work for a state and we don't even have half of the benefits those people have. I have no symphony break the union. | |

| I feel the same, unions for public employees are hurting this country. I have to pay for my health care and retirement, why should I pay them a salary (which is far more than the average citizen gets for the same work) and their health care and retirement plans as well. Then you can't even get rid of (fire) them if they don't perform their job. | |
