Subject: Should the Senators from Wisconsin lose their residency? Wed Mar 02, 2011 9:03 pm
I brought this up at work. If the Wisconsin democrat senators do not return within 30 days of leaving Wisconsin shouldn't they lose their residency and be a resident of Indiana where they are? If I left my state I would lose mine. I think the governor needs to say hey if you do not return within 30 days after you left then you will no longer be considered a resident of Wisconsin and I will appoint people to the senate. I think legally he could just do that.

They should lose there jobs at minimum. And I dont understand why the Republicans are not passing votes daily that would drive the democrats crazy. That state by now should be the most conservative in the country.

Well if they lose their residency then they do lose their jobs.
