Did Obama break the law?

So Obama let 5 terrorist go to get this deserter back. First of all what a major mistake. Now they will be wanting to capture more military people. But how stupid was it to go out on your own in a hostile country? What is even more dumb is Obama releasing those 5 terrorist. Potentially breaking the law.

--- When he deliberately sent guns into Mexico in order to implement gun control in the U.S.?
--- When he used the I.R.S. to target his political enemies?
--- When he started a war in Libya without the approval of congress?
--- When he stated a criminal investigation against Gibson guitars because they refused to unionize?
--- When he closed the private dealership of G.M. dealers on his say so alone?
--- When he implemented the dream act even though congress had refused to do so?
--- When he rewrote Obamacare by executive fiat 26 times?
--- When he used the NSA to spy on Fox news reporter James Rosen?
--- When he refused to turn over relevant documents in contravention of FOIA requests?
--- When he awarded Obamacare websight development to political cronies?
--- When he targeted Americans overseas for execution via drone attack
--- When he funneled funds to Solyndra because they were political supporters
--- and more than 100 other scandals too numerous to list.  (For example - how many people remember the Joe Sestak scandal)

I don't know.  Maybe he will be held accountable this time, but I'm not holding my breath in anticipation.

The LSoS could kill someone in cold blood, pulling the trigger himself and he would get a pass.
His skin color is for all practical purposes an impenetrable shield. No one in any official capacity one will dare criticize or press charges no matter what he does for fear of being painted a racist and being driven from their own office.

This alone is more than enough reason to avoid voting for any minority candidate in the future. At least until we reach a point where our society truly is color blind.

Sadly you are most likely right. I am just wondering if he will try or if the dems will try and change the law about the president running for more than 2 terms. Or if Obama will try and find some loophole.
