Indiana supreme court overturns illegal search and seizure.

Caps now can go into your home for any reason in Indiana and search your home so says the supreme court in Indiana.

INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes. In a 3-2 decision, Justice Steven David writing for the court said if a police officer wants to enter a home for any reason or no reason at all, a homeowner cannot do anything to block the officer's entry.

Wow. I hope that doesn't stand long, it's a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. You have a right to kill any person who enters your home illegally, that applies to uninvited non warrant holding police as well.

The far lefts ideas of right and wrong is so skewed! It's alright to do any kind of drug that can cause you to harm others, have sex with anyone anywhere you want to, take money from others as long as you use it for someone else, but it's not alright to prevent someone from illegally entering your home. Can you say Police State (it's legal to do what you want as long as it distracts you and prevents you from hindering us from taking your real rights).
