Way to alienate the supreme court Obama

I cannot blame Alito I would not go to this mans speech either because he is just going to bash everything he disagrees with and outright lie.

When Supreme Court justices enter the House of Representatives in their black robes for the president's next State of the Union address, Samuel Alito does not plan to be among them. The justice said the annual speech to Congress has become very political and awkward for the justices, who he says are expected to sit "like the proverbial potted plant."

Is it just Alito not going?

It is several. Thomas never went and I think one more. Of course the liberal judges will go. You know Kagen and Soto will go.

Obama was right to call out Alito now he is taking his toys and going home.

Depending on how hard Congress flips in a few weeks, Obama might not go either. :D
