If they actually succeed, it will destroy the SCOTUS. Instead of Justices, it will just be a bunch of politicians, ruling in favor with the party in power. | |

Told you so. No, the Democrats told us they were going to do this, before the election. Granted, they did steal the election, but even ignoring that, a lot of people voted for them anyway. I don't think they can actually do it, however. Congress is split, and even a few defections on the part of Democrats will kill the idea. Several Dems have said they oppose increasing the number of justices. | |

| Now it looks like they're going after Justice Thomas. I've no doubt they are also looking into the rest of the conservative Justices.
Personally, I disagree with overturning Roe vs Wade, but I highly doubt that is the reasoning behind going after Thomas. I am of the opinion, that we are witnessing the Democrats going after the Judicial branch for purely political reasons. | |
