He is not, he wants to take them away all together. It just amazes me that they think the American public is so stupid to believe that gun control will keep guns out of criminals, crazies, or terrorist hands. The only people that get screwed in that deal are regular Americans. Heck if a person wants to get a gun fast, they can get one illegally in a tenth of the time it takes to do the paper work and get one legally, plus there is no record for someone to come back later and attempt to take them away when all guns are made illegal. That is what those gun owner lists are really for.
