Obama had it arranged with the Muslim Brotherhood for Ambassador Stevens to be kidnapped to trade him for the Blind Sheik, Obama was suppose to come out as a hero for getting our Ambassador back, this was to help him with the election, but the Navy Seals fought back and the Brother Hood killed all of them.
Obama and his people gave up the location of the safe house so they could get the Ambassador. Obama could not send in troops or the brotherhood would have exposed Obama's plan
So he had orders help to stand down and started a cover up.
They do not know where Obama was because he was with his connection to the Muslim Brother Hood, Valerie Jarrett and we are not to know this.
