Persuasion instead of force - I like it.
Down with forcemongers!

"..to restrain government to only moral uses of force, at least until we replace it with non-violent free market solutions that render it obsolete.". Never thought about that till I saw this video. What a delightful thought.... i can't even begin to comprehend what exactly he is talking about.. but I am glad someones on it. :)

I don't think that would work here. We already know that might doesn't make right unless you are the gov't. Mankind would have to reach a higher state of enlightenment and we are galaxies away from that. Just look at the state of world. Didn't Budda try this and the Dalhi Lama, Ghandi. They were the ying and people like David Keresh, Jim Jones, Harry Grinsners, Obama are the yang.

Yeah, but we will never reach the point where government is replaced by anything. If people were all good and honest, it would work, but people are corrupt in so many ways that government will always be needed. There will always be those who crave power, and idiots who give it to them. That's the way of our sick world.
