Obama trampling all over state rights.

The EPA's influence has grown dramatically since the start of the Obama administration, with the agency imposing costly regulations on the states at a record pace, according to a newly released study.

The American Legislative Exchange Council released its annual report on the EPA hours after President Obama announced a new climate change strategy which includes additional EPA regulations.

The ALEC report showed that in President Obama's first term, the number of times the agency has rejected state proposals or taken over state programs has skyrocketed.

While I'm not in favor of everything in Obama's climate change plan. I think I'll wait , or look for more information than just what some conservative think tank and right-wing lobbying network has to say about anything Obama related.

Although Imperious Leader certainly takes advantage of the situation, this goes far beyond his administration. Saving the environment has been used as a cover for those whose intentions are to curtail the economies of developed countries, the U.S. in particular for a long time at every level, right on up to and including the U.N., which has admitted that environmental policy is used to redistribute wealth to those they feel are more deserving.
