The (unintended?) consequences of Obamacare:

Obamacare is causing much harm to our nation, and will cause much more.

First, it is causing companies to hire fewer people and even fire some, in order to keep their number of
employees under 50. This is because Obamacare imposes a fine on
employers with at least 50 employees who do not provide “government
approved” health insurance for their workers. But this fine doesn't
apply to companies with fewer than 50 workers. So many companies with
less than 50 workers are refusing to hire more, and some with more
than 50 are firing them, in order to bring the number down to 49.

Second, Obamacare is causing some companies to reduce their workers' hours from full-time to part-time.
This is because Obamacare only applies to full-time workers, and
part-time workers (those working 30 hours/week or less), are exempt.

The nation's largest movie theater chain, Regal Entertainment Group
(operating more than 500 theaters in 38 states), has cut the hours of
thousands of employees, saying this was the direct result of
Obamacare. Regal operates Regal Cinemas, Edwards Theaters, United Artists Theaters, and Hollywood
Theaters. Some other business which have scaled-back workers' hours
due to Obamacare are Applebees, Olive Garden, and the entire State of Virginia.

Third, Obamacare is causing much confusion, uncertainty, and financial burden on companies due to its
massive size. So far, the regulations written to implement Obamacare
constitute a stack SEVEN FEET HIGH – and it's still growing! Can
you picture having to comply with a seven-foot stack of regulations?
It's insane! Companies will have to hire expensive lawyers just to
understand how to comply, and this will put more of a financial
burden on them, including some which are already teetering on the
edge of financial solvency. This will put them out of business,
sending their workers to the unemployment lines.

"If you want to have reduced work, lower wages and economic stagnation,
this is a great way to do it, said Ed Haislmaier, senior research
fellow at the Heritage Foundation.”

“Mandating businesses to offer health care under threat of debilitating fines
does not fix a problem, it creates one," he said. "It
fosters a new business culture where 30 hours is now considered the
maximum in order to avoid paying the high costs associated with this law.”

So Obamacare has already royally screwed many, many people, and will continue doing so until we rid
ourselves of this debilitating, malignant, unconstitutional law.

It is not just companies it is also states. In VA they have reduced seasonal jobs to 29 hours. OH wait until this thing goes into full force. Even small companies with less then 50 employees will feel the pain.

The Dems know to. They are running and many are retiring. They know that this health care bill is going to be horrible. They own it and you just might see a super majority in the House and Senate. Could you imagine 67 republican senators? Unlikely but not impossible.
