WHY was this step even needed?

It should have never even been ON what was 'acceptable' for Welfare recipients!

Personally I think if were going to be giving out welfare it should be the bare minimum. It should be miserable for people to be on it and you should be able to buy nothing but the absolute worst products. Otherwise what incentive do you have to get off of it.

What no more gambling. Bummer.

Nothing stimulates the human drive to get out and get a job like taxpayer supplied pot.

Personally, I want it to pass cause I need better and CHEAPER PAIN meds for me MS!
