First of all it was not Rush that started the name calling. Democrats have been doing it for years. They want to kill you children. Or Bush is a terrorist. Plus many more examples.

With Rush its very rare that he starts a quote like that. But instead picks it up from a democrat who has said something like that and runs with it to show just how much of a hypocrit they are Bob.
