Oasis of the Sea

Saturday I will be going on vacation for a cruise aboard the Oasis of the Sea the largest Cruise ship in the world. Holds almost 7000 people. It will take us to the bahamas, saint thomas, saint martin and a few other islands.



I have never been on a cruise before so my lovely wife got us a 7 day cruise of much needed relaxation. It better be darn good for $1500.00 a person!!!!!!! This will be our view from our cabin.

Have been using them for years on other forums. But here I seem to have trouble sometimes.

Well this time it worked. It must be a different way that you linked to them or something. Apparently in the first case they thought somebody was hotlinking or "stealing" the pics. This time it worked, so I guess just make sure you link the pics like you did the second time.

Ship looks awesome. I've never been on a cruise ship, never pictured what is basically a full sized city park inside them! Looks really neat, have fun!! :)

A Cruise and endless watch stores equals trouble.





Of course I kept it completely quiet that my intentions were to seek out a watch on this trip.









Now while relaxing and having a good time before we reach the Island of my master plan we did some relaxing with a favorite book.



And a bit of partying with the wife.







Now I had to get up early and finalize my plan for my new watch before we reached the island.






Now when we reach our destination I had my eye on three watches. A rolex submariner, breitling and Omega. Now in the end I just couldnt get past a few things I didnt like about the Omega like the small crown and the numbers on the 12, 6 and 9. The rolex I have always liked the style but just felt two flimbsy for me. Not saying they are just a personal feeling. In the end my master plan for a new dive watch was just a simple can I get a dive watch and its a really a good price love. My mastering of words must have convinced her to say yes. So the winner is...
