I don't always care for Rush, but THIS graph does put things into perspective...a litle. Doesn't let BP OR our government off the hook, but it DOES make me wonder why there hasn't been an uproar EVERY year that those OTHER spills happen? Of course, the media shows what THEY feel is needed to 'guide' how we see things, eh?

I had no idea that much oil is spilled on a yearly basis. What about the oil spill that happened of the coast of Mexico where oil leaked for 9 months?
