"Joe and Cisco head to Starling City to continue their investigation of Dr. Wells. While in town, the duo enlists the help of Captain Lance, and Cisco meets the Black Canary, who asks him for a favor. Meanwhile, back in Central City, Barry races to catch a meta-human named Hannibal Bates who can transform himself into every person he touches – which includes Eddie, Iris, Caitlin and even The Flash."
Joe and Cisco find the remains of the real Dr. Wells in Starling City and bring them back to Barrys lab. That finally makes Caitlin believe that Wells is a bad guy. So, then Cisco starts trying to find some more proof at Star Labs. Looking at blueprints he is able to locate an area that shows a room that has no apparent doorway or other access. Cisco, Barry and Caitlin go to investigate and detect tachyon particles. They then find the trigger to open the hidden door into Wells secret room. Inside they find the Reverse Flash costume and a display showing a newspaper from 2029 about how the Flash has disappeared.
I have to wonder, are they still going to keep playing along with 'Wells', or bust his azz? They need to construct a trap for him and take him prisoner.
