"Liv and Babineaux investigate a hit-and-run case and discover the victim was a hit man responsible for the murder of a tech entrepreneur, a case that Peyton is prosecuting. Meanwhile, Liv makes a surprising discovery about someone from her past, and Peyton is shocked by Liv's reaction when Major moves on with his life."
So another run of the mill cop case this week solved by the visions Liv gets from eating brains. But what was really interesting was the zombie they found at the pier. Livs old workmate who disappeared from the same boat party where Liv was turned. Apparently a zombie who goes to long without brains starts to rot away and loses their personality and intelligence. That means Liv needs to keep eating brains to keep from becoming, as she calls it, "full on zombie". If I was in her situation, I'd have to at least try eating animal brains, because who'd want to eat human brains if you didn't have too? Plus you can legally buy and eat animal brains and avoid the whole situation of people finding out you're stealing, and/or, eating the brains from the morgue.
