"Zed goes into a hospital because of migraines and discovers she has a brain tumor. Meanwhile, John discovers people at the hospital are being murdered because of shards of a prehistorically shattered diamond made of pure evil, to which contact with a human causes insane rage, doubled strength and a desire to kill. Left with no other options, he recruits a reluctant Manny to help him put a stop to it and save Zed."
So we find out that Zeds powers come from a brain tumor, which she refuses to treat, is she going to die? John somehow traps Manny in a human body just to screw with him, and of course Chas gets used as a guinea pig as usual. This was another monster of the week episode, but it was ok. And best of all, unlike last week, we actually got learn a little bit about some of the characters, namely Zed and Manny. So, even though the monster of the week wasn't that great, the character growth makes this an interesting episode. I really like that Zed can see Manny now, and he has a much better relationship with her than he does with John.
