Do the dems even want to hold Congress?

Ok, let me see if I understand this right. In order to pay off their education employee union pals, they're going to tick of the voters on the right side of the fence by spending the money in the first place, and they're going to tick off the freeloaders they count on for votes by getting the money from the food stamp program.

Just as long as I'm clear on that.
