Most NFL coaches fired were black.

The sports media is all up in arms with the firing of all the black coaches. If they didn't suck they would still hae their jobs. Marvin Lewis got more chances than any other NFL coach to bring the Bangels to a winning franchise. They all were fired for good reason. You cannot have losing seasons.

Agreed. They gave Lewis 16 friggin years. Even the Lions fire coaches more often. NFL teams are ungodly expensive to own and maintain. Owners don't see championships, you'll be looking for a new job.

The bigger problem is with race. As you started this thread, note that for years white coaches have been fired by the truckload. That's all fine and good. But fire a black coach for the exact same reason(s), now it's a matter of racism. You don't hire black coaches, same thing, regardless if they're even qualified.
