| They didn't even know it was coming. Many were at a concert when it hit. You see the band playing, then a wall of water smashes through from behind them. The devastation is total.

Yeah, but even if it worked, it was the wrong type. That one is for earthquakes. This was caused by a volcano causing an underwater landslide. Regardless, if they had both, and both were working, they would have less than 5 minutes warning. | |
