An Entergy employee who just finished refueling the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Plant reported to me today the "plant is a mess". Furthermore, "there are no records, we have to figure out what machinery does by guesswork" And the employee added, "it's the worst plant I have ever seen and I have seen them all"



I feel safer already.
