I agree with you. I made a post much like this some time ago. Gays are all over in books they don't belong in, like Star Trek, and in video games as well.

New Girl has a lesbian character, she's some friend of the model girls. Everybody on Big Bang Theory is gay. And now on "The River" they just for no reason announced the black camera man is gay.

I don't watch half those shows. But I do watch GBC and they have a gay Christian on there.

GBC? Do you mean GCB, as in "Good Christian B1tches"? I won't watch that show in the first place because it's a show to bash Christians. In fact I'm considering boycotting ABC all together because of that show.

I should explain my comment. When I said that I meant the actors, not the characters. And even then I exaggerated, I know two of the four guys are gay (in real life). How do I know? Well, I have a (for lack of a better term) sort of Gaydar.

I can't look at a everyone and know if they are gay or not, but sometimes with some people I do just know. And I know by looking at the cast that two of them are gay for sure. I've been mocked in the past for claiming this, but I've never been wrong. Example, the guy that played "Niles Crane" on the show "Frasier", I knew he was gay from the first time I saw him. People told me I was nuts and that he dated hot women, etc. "Doesn't matter, I know he's gay I said." And a few years after the show ended he came out of the closet.

I don't know the characters names, so I'll find a pic and show the two gays guys from BBT...



Ok, those are the two guys I know are gay. And when I say gay, I mean they have sex with the same sex, which doesn't mean they might not also have sex with the opposite sex, be married, have kids, etc.

Oh, actually I'd never considered that some of them might be queer in real life. But now that you mentioned it, I do think Sheldon probably is, though I can't be sure about Leonard. I don't object so much if they are in real life, as long as that crap isn't brought into the show.

They have even added a token gay to Good Morning America. That Carson Presely is just to much for early morning. I prefer my news to be serious. I didn't even think that the guys in tbbt were gay. The guy who played Bulldog on Frasier was gay but he played an oversexed straight guy and I was none the wiser until I read an article in which he admitted to being gay. People should come with signs!!!!

And then there's "Grey's Anatomy", also of ABC.

Actually, I think this show is related to the reason ABC has so many gay characters.
Prior to the 2007-2008, Issiah Washington played Preston Burke, a doctor on ABC's hit "Grey's Anatomy". Sometime around then, Washington used the word "Faggot" in a derogatory manner.

Pressure from the gay lobbies forced him off the show, and ABC has been bending over backwards to placate those interests ever since, with numerous characters of gay orientation on Grey's and many other shows.

It's thier expession of art. Most artist and performers are liberal arts majors. They aren't deep at all and mostly superfical. Take Barbara Streisand. Love her music, hate her politics. I don't look to her or Susan Sarandon or George Clooney for political insight. Their craft is to entertain only. Yet coming from a generation that didn't look up to that kind of celebrity for inspiration the current generations see it as the way to make a quick buck and have a platform.

The networks go with what is vogue at the moment. That is why there are no more morals clauses in their contracts. That is why and unwed mother can still be a teacher at a school and one of the high schools over here has a daycare for the students babies.


Our children look to the tv to teach them values and ethic. Most parents think that is what the daycare system is for. I called it a personal victory when the airlines kicked the screaming kid and the mother off the plane. My two years wouldn't have been allowed to make a whole plane full of passengers miserable.

My point is, it's not just about gays. I reachs across the stratisphere of acceptable behaviour. My generation had social taboo's which don't exist anymore. It's the same way with language. I had a discussion with a teacher about his language that he used and he thought I must have just arrived from Mars. Everyone speaks foul, according to him yet he didn't even think that I would be offended until I informed him that my husband didn't speak that way. I guess he thought I must be married to a member of the clergy rather than an ordinary guy who just can always find another active verb or adjative to describe someone or something rather than a curse word.

Gays are vogue this year and according to hollywood we all need to run out and get one or add them to our party list. Next year it will be what ever Chaz Bono is now. I'm not sure what she/he/it is, but I can tell you that I don't want that pulling up to my table for the holidays.

I didn't watch GCB regularly, but I caught the first few eps. Although it is now cancelled, I don't think it deserves the bum rap you've handed it. I think it attacks those who are total hypocrites about being religious far more than it attacked Christianity itself. In this way, it actually defends Christianity to some degree.


If you really want something to get bent about, take a look at the first few eps. of "Don't Trust The B in Apt 23" on ABC. This piece of porn has been renewed, unfortunately.

The homoslimes in Hollywood have done it again. They just added a lesbian to a new show I was enjoying, New Girl, starring Zooey Deschanel. They just won't leave us alone. It's very hard now to find a TV program not splattered with homopuke. I'm really sick of it.

The more outragious the behavior the higher the ratings. What's up with the Glass House. I don't watch reality tv. I wouldn't allow survivor to seen at my home since it exsaluated all the things I didn't want my child to do. All for money but now it's all for fame and promoting products. The Kardashians is another stupid show that some call entertainment. What is the King of Queens about. I thought it was about an old man living with his bossy daughter and her hen pecked husband in Queens, NY. Is that not correct?

Remember when Maude and Archie Bunker first came out. They crossed all the social taboo's that people at the time were unwilling to say for fear of others thinking badly of them. It was like it gave a voice to all the silent people who were stifled in real life. Now people believe that rudeness can be excused as being honest. If you know no boundary then you will cross them all. Self restraint has gone completely out the window in this self entitlement world where everything is a go as long as you are one having fun. Harm is even dismissed in the pursuit of pleasure. Indifference has replaced compassion. I'm putting my aluminum hat back on so my head stops hurting.

Who would come to our aid? Certainly not all the nations we are giving foreign aid to. That's right the sheep who occupy our great nation will rise up and elect a wait a minute that'll never happen it's too labor intensitive. We have a charity health system here so no one goes without medical help except they keep cutting the budgets. You don't have to prove that you are indugent just unwed or to smart to pay for health care. Health care is a choice after the 3 bedroom brick house, swimming pool, camper, 2 vehicles and a Harley. I had one person tell me they didn't want to pay taxes because the wouldn't be able to afford to scuba dive in the islands yet they sure sucked down my tax dollars when they got pregnant and signed up for every benefit available.
