Been driving into work and noticed this week a black car has been passing us doing no less than 90 MPH. Passing on double lines. Now the cops do not patrol that area at 5 am in the morning.

So next week I am going to stop by the state shed and tell them about it. This guy is going to kill someone going stupid fast and driving stupid.
